Our production lines assure a perfect system to produce evacuated and gassified cans with highest security standards for the best protection of our high-quality products. We dedicated the world wide unique SCS (Single Can Security) technology:

- The process of each single can is controlled in a closed chamber for evacuating, gassifying and seaming with stationary single heads

- The cans are gassified with a controlled slight underpressure to check the cans after closing at any time for tightness.

Even several months after production, you can check if the cans have been gassed correctly.

The residual oxygen in gassed cans interacts with fatty acids and vitamins leading to oxidation reflected by a change in the curve of the tin

Our canned products are easily recognisable thanks to the curve: The curve in the can even months after production date is a sign of tightness, low residual oxygen and of perfect control of production process.
